Workplace Organization Strategy

A comprehensive workplace strategy was developed for a 7-storey office building with a total area of 15,765.5 sq.m., aimed at optimizing space utilization, enhancing employee experience, and supporting evolving business needs.
The project followed a data-driven approach, combining stakeholder interviews, employee surveys, and workplace analytics to assess existing space performance and identify key inefficiencies. Special focus was placed on understanding team interactions, mobility patterns, and functional adjacencies.
Based on these insights, an activity-based workplace (ABW) concept was introduced, supporting a variety of work modes including focused work, collaboration, and informal communication. A dedicated space calculator was developed to define optimal workplace density and test multiple planning scenarios.
The proposed vertical and horizontal zoning strategies enable a flexible and scalable environment aligned with hybrid work patterns. The new layout increases capacity by 30% while maintaining a balanced and efficient spatial distribution.
The result is a high-performance, future-ready workplace designed to improve productivity, optimize real estate costs, and create a more engaging office experience.
