Research Wellbeing is an office design project developed following an international study on workplace wellbeing. The survey involved 179 participants from 11 countries, covering over 50 companies, and identified key factors that influence comfort, motivation, and productivity. Based on the insights, the team designed a test office space that addresses real user needs, translating research findings into practical and human-centered solutions. The resulting design emphasizes flexibility, comfort, and wellbeing. It features quiet rooms for focused work, a kids’ corner for employees with families, acoustic solutions to reduce noise, and adaptable workstations for various work styles. Collaborative zones, social areas, and thoughtfully integrated greenery support informal interaction and connection with nature. The project demonstrates how data-driven design can create an office environment that promotes both efficiency and overall employee satisfaction.
