This compact 23 m² apartment is thoughtfully designed in a contemporary Nordic style, emphasizing simplicity, functionality, and a restrained black-and-white palette enriched with natural wood accents. The open-plan layout seamlessly combines living, dining, and kitchen areas into a single continuous space, maximizing the perception of volume and light. Custom-built storage and a multifunctional stair element are integrated into the design, helping to maintain a clean and organized interior while optimizing every square meter.
A mezzanine level above the kitchen and bathroom provides additional storage and takes full advantage of the 3.3-meter ceiling height. This elevated space contributes to the apartment’s sense of verticality and clever use of compact dimensions. A large, full-height window allows abundant natural light to flood the interior, reinforcing the spatial clarity and highlighting the contrast between dark and light surfaces.
