This 40 sq.m. apartment is a thoughtfully designed, compact urban home where every element has been carefully optimized to create a functional, modern, and inviting environment. The design emphasizes visual openness, comfort, and flexibility, making the small space feel spacious and welcoming. A warm palette of rose and terracotta tones underpins the interior, complemented by light flooring, neutral furniture, and subtle green accents, creating a harmonious and cozy atmosphere.
Originally a standard two-room layout, the apartment has been transformed into a contemporary open-plan home. The central living area combines the living room, dining space, and kitchen with a bar counter, forming a bright, flexible core filled with natural light. Private zones include a compact bedroom and a separate children’s room, both visually connected to the main space to maintain a sense of openness. A glazed sliding partition replaces a solid wall in the bedroom, allowing daylight to flow through while providing flexible separation: it can be opened to merge spaces or closed for privacy.
