Head Office Interior Design

This head office project is designed as a large-scale, human-centered workplace that balances productivity, comfort, and social interaction. The overall concept integrates flexible workspaces, collaborative zones, and individual focus areas to support the diverse needs of employees. Each floor is organized around green “activity boulevards,” which bring natural light deep into the interior while fostering informal interaction and movement throughout the space.
The ground floor serves as a multifunctional public space that connects the building to the surrounding city, creating an inviting interface for visitors and employees alike. Upper floors combine open-plan workstations with dedicated collaborative areas, quiet zones, and meeting rooms, ensuring both focus and teamwork are equally supported. Each level has its own color scheme and material palette, enhancing spatial identity and helping with orientation within the large building.
Biophilic design principles are integrated throughout, with abundant greenery, natural materials, and tactile finishes creating a healthy and comfortable environment. Executive floors feature a more refined and traditional aesthetic, combining luxury materials with elegant detailing to support representative functions. Layered lighting, custom furniture, and high-quality finishes ensure that the interior feels cohesive, functional, and visually appealing.
